TODAY Cafe starts the day with pastries baked in house, breakfast bowls and a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, then moves on to deli sandwiches, salads, soup and flatbreads, along with coffee drinks, beer and wine. It's styled after the set of NBC's TODAY show, with studio lights, the show's orange-and-white look and screens showing the broadcast, and menu names like The Carnegie and 30 Rock nod to the show's New York home. The Bourne Stuntacular is next door, Hollywood Character Zone is close by, and a short walk takes you to Despicable Me Minion Mayhem and Illumination's Villain-Con Minion Blast.
